Not all supplement labels are factual, but our ingredients are third party tested without any fillers or bulking agents that can be harmful to your health. 

Our supplements have been formulated and supported by medical and naturopathic physicians with expertise in preventative medicine. They have zeroed in on the biggest needle drivers in health and well-being to provide the key nutrients to best support your day and night.  

The formulas are nearly identical with the exception of two key ingredients: Day includes CoQ10, an essential enzyme that is necessary for converting food into energy in order to power your day. Night features Magnesium, a mineral that sets the stage for optimal sleep and cell rejuvenation.

Anyone with an interest in being and staying well should take OVO MD. It provides a therapeutic and preventative dose of essential nutrients and herbs that help to fight some of the biggest offenders in our health. Inflammation is the leading cause of most diseases we are afflicted by, and OVO MD helps to combat inflammation through our formulation and expert delivery system. 

If you are taking high doses of vitamin D, make sure to check with your healthcare provider to ensure the proper dose outside of OVO MD's vitamin D level if you need more. 

If you have blood thinning issues, some nutrients in this supplement may prolong bleeding time; talk with your healthcare provider before starting OVO MD. 

It's best to take your nighttime supplement with dinner if you intend to go to sleep within a few hours of that. At the least, take 30 minutes before bed time if you plan to get 8 hours of restful sleep so that proper absorption can take effect and ware off by the time you wake up.

OVO MD can be taken with most medications and supplements. It is always best to check in with your healthcare provider about your personal regimen.

Yes. This means the nutrients in your supplements are at their prime potency. Unlike other supplement companies, we're not heavily processing our ingredients or using additives to bury the natural aroma of our formula or the fragrances of its constituents. That's how you know you're consuming the freshest and most in-tact nutrients that are bioavailable for your body.

We have a few different options for your subscription of choice: monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly.

Once you choose your subscription plan, you'll receive your glass jars and either one-month, 2-month, or 3-month supply of supplements. Thereafter, until cancelled, you will receive your refills every 30, 60, or 90 days depending on your plan. The form of payment used for the original purchase will be auto-charged either $99 (monthly plan), $170 (bi-monthly plan), or $225 quarterly plan) at the time of shipment.

Depending on your subscription plan, you will receive your supplements either monthly, every other month, or every three months with the designated supply to fulfill your daily doses of Night & Day.

Our supplements are bottled to last approximately 24 months from the time you recieve them.

Our ingredients are all natural, so you shouldn't expect any unusual reactions or side effects unless you have an allergy to one of our ingredients. It's always a good idea to check in with your primary care doctor if you have any concerns.

Taking the supplement within 30-60 mins of a meal may help absorption of nutrients, and this includes simply consuming it with your meal.

If you miss the AM dose, you can take the supplement anytime before noon-2PM. Otherwise, just take your PM dose and begin again in the AM. 

You may feel the effects of nutritional supplementation within the first week or month of supplementing. You may feel the effects faster if you are deficient in certain nutrients. 

They should be stored in room temperature away from high humidity and direct sunlight.

They are not; supplements should be stored away from children.
